Cala Domestica
Cala Domestica is a very beautiful and quiet beach, attended by the local tourists. It is situated in the region of Iglesiente and can be reached by leaving the state road SS 126 in Gonnesa and head to the coast. After you passed over Masua, with the Pan di Zucchero visible from a distance, you will get to the parking area of Cala Domestica. Leave the car there and walk a few hundred meters on the beach dunes, which anticipate the even more spectacular dunes of Piscinas.
La cala è fiancheggiata per alcune centinaia di metri sul lato nord da un sentierino che dopo un passaggio scavato nella roccia sbuca in una piccola caletta appartata e ancora più tranquilla.
In queste spiagge è consigliabile portarsi dietro l’ombrellone perché non ci sono alberi e non sempre è possibile trovare in loco ombrelloni a noleggio.
